If, for any reason, we are not able to deliver our service We invite You to review our policy on refunds.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order after 14 days of the stipulated delivery timeline.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You ordered the service.In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email: info@bitlumex.com

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive Your cancellation decision. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You might incur any fees for such reimbursement towards the transaction. In case of any cryptocurrency used for payments of Order, the same amount of crypto shall be refunded and not pegged against any fiat currency.
